After a little more than 3 1/2 years, it was time for me to move on from Seed Health. What started out as a pretty crazy idea to leave a well established tech company in Dropbox to establish an Engineering department at a microbial life-sciences startup turned into a fantastic learning and growth opportunity.
Enter ReflexAI, an AI powered conversational roleplaying platform that allows humans to train and have conversations with customized AI personas. What drew me to ReflexAI was its idea that AI doesn't need to replace humans in the loop, but rather make us better and more efficient at our jobs and also provide better learning experiences than your typical corporate slideshow.
I started the role as Head of Product Engineering in May 2025, inheriting an established Software and QA Engineering department. Everyone that I've been able to work with has showcased an incredible level of energy and excitement around the business and the real benefit that we can provide to people.
